Delivery

National and EU deliveries are made via Courier Company (Tipsa). Only Islands, Ceuta or Melilla  deliveries are made by Correos. For International deliveries, we operate with FedEx.

1. PREPARATION: We prepare orders and shipment every Tuesday and Friday. If you make your purchase on Monday, we ship the next day. If you place an order on Friday night, won’t ship until Tuesday.

2. SHIPMENT: National deliveries takes up to 72 hours (3 working days). For deliveries to Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, is possible it takes up to 7 working days. International deliveries takes about 10-30 working days (depending on the country)

If you're absent from home at the time of delivery, a note will be left for you to collect your order at the nearest office within a maximum period of 15 days. If after that time, the package is not picked up from the office, it will be returned to h i l i t t l e !. In that case, you'll have to pay the delivery charges again. So, try to be aware of the dates or leave an address where someone is sure to collect the package (work, home, parents home…)

We always try to ensure that images that appear on the website are as close to the final product as possible. But there may be slight differences in colour, depending on the computer screen, tablet or phone you're using.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
h i l i t t l e ! wants to ensure the satisfaction of our costumers. So, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, and you need to return it, you have 7 working days to notify via email. The product must be in perfect condition with labelling, packaging and original pieces. 
When h i l i t t l e ! receives it, and having verified that the item is in perfect condition, the refund will be made* ONLY THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT.  
Delivery and refund costs must be borne by the purchaser unless the product arrived damaged or was not correct. In this case, we will bear all transportation costs. 
If on reviewing the returned item, we detect that it has not been returned in perfect condition, you will automatically be given the option to re-send it again, but  you will have to re-assume the costs of the new delivery. If there is no response within 30 natural days, h i l i t t l e ! reserves the right not to refund the purchase price. 

* We will refund the amount within a period of 30 working days from the time of checking the item. Once received and checked, you will receive an email informing you how to proceed.
